Our Mission:

1. To educate the public in all aspects of consumer related aerial fireworks safety and provide training and a place to shoot these fireworks off during all times of the year.

2. Provide fireworks at an affordable wholesale price through a special buying club called the W.O.L.F.E pack. An acronym for Western Oregon Legal Fireworks Enthusiasts. A group of pyro enthusiasts meeting together for licensing classes and demo shoots and web page blogging

3. Create new legislation resulting in new laws, which brings a new beginning of freedom to consumer related aerial fireworks in Oregon, much the same as is enjoyed by our neighbors across the border in Washington, and also addressing the restrictive controls placed on land use laws providing for the storage of display fireworks, allowing for them to be stored in type 4 magazines on land zoned farm/forest by any holder of BATFE licensed to do so. This new legislation would include but not be limited to:

1. Adopting BATFE regulation in the place of Oregon State regulation when both address the same issues regarding:
   
   
1. manufacturing
2. hobby
3. sales of fireworks or displays
4. importation
5. storage


2. Adopting NFPA guidelines in place of Oregon State guidelines for operator permitting and for shooting of public displays.
3. Permitting of fireworks displays to be handled by local fire authority instead of by Oregon State Fire Marshall’s Office.
